We highly recommend you to consult a doctor to decide whether you can still do sports or which workouts to avoid. 

If you are allowed to train - or if you just feel a bit insecure after recovering from an injury - talk to your coach before the workout. They will happily tailor the exercises to you and tell you what movements to avoid or modify. Your safety is our top priority, but please remember training is at your own risk and nobody knows your body better than you do.
