In general, exercising during pregnancy can be beneficial for both mother and baby. How and what exactly one can train, however, is very individual and depends on many factors. For example: the type and intensity of exercise that was done before, the month of pregnancy, and the personal development of mother and baby. In general, a reduction in energy is recommended, and specific exercises should be avoided during pregnancy.
Since this is not our field of expertise, we strongly recommend you to go more into detail with your doctor, and discuss specific exercises and especially the suitable intensity before joining our classes. Please get approval from your doctor that you are allowed to train.
As soon as you do, tell your coach before the class so that the exercises can be tailored to you.
Your safety is our top priority, but please remember training is at your own risk and nobody knows your body better than you do.
