A bottle of water, a towel, workout clothes and gym trainers are all you need. During the summer months we recommend lightweight materials. In colder months, long shirts and trousers are best. In winter we also recommend bringing a change of clothes when training outdoors to stay warm after your sweaty training. 

We train during rain, snow, and hot temperatures, so please check the weather forecast and our website before your class so you’re prepared.


INDOORS ONLY: We offer showers and locker rooms in some locations, so you can bring shower stuff and a change of clothes to be fit and fresh after your workout. Just check our website before your class to see if your workout location has showers available.
