We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before every workout so you have enough time to put on your heart rate sensor and get ready. 

If it's your first workout, come at least 15 minutes before, so our coaches can assist you and give you a short introduction to our sensors and heart rate philosophy. 

 

RIDE CLASSES:  

Please note: Doors close 5 mins before the workout so please arrive 10-15 mins before the workout. If it's your first workout, come 15-20 minutes before so that we can get you all set and ready to cycle.
