1. After you have completed the sign up process you will be able to see our schedule:
2. You can use the calendar at the top to jump to other days, or tap on the filters to narrow down your options.
3. Tap on book to start the booking process.
4. On your first workout we will ask you to add your health details (birthday, gender, height and weight).
Why? You will receive heart rate sensors at our workouts and we need the health details to calculate your calorie burn and heart rate.
5. Afterwards you just need to confirm the booking and you are ready to go!
Please note: Participation is only possible if you have successfully booked the workout. Spots are usually limited to 24 participants, but this varies depending on the workout, location and possible restrictions.
