We use your personal info, such as health details (birthday, gender, height and weight), in order to accurately measure your heart rate and calculate your calorie burn. 

If you would like to use the heart-rate sensor and track your heart rate during your workout and collect GritPoints, then we highly recommend you provide this data, as it is the only way we can calculate these two metrics.

However if you wish to train without the sensor, then you don’t have to provide this information.
